Self Defense in Motion (senior friendly)

Our Self Defense in Motion program provides martial arts training at a slower pace and on a level geared toward today’s “active adults.” This class includes lots of stretching, slower/lower movements, real life self defense tactics, etc. This program is for those of you who wish to participate in an active group class that is based entirely on your own individual level of comfort, power, and strength.
